He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Marshall University and holds active licenses as a Professional Adjuster in Kentucky (#351663) and West Virginia (#61815).

David is also approved as a Pre-Blast Inspector by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection/Office of Explosives and Blasting, ensuring full compliance with industry standards. His professional affiliations include membership in the International Society of Explosives Engineers, the Kentucky & Louisville Claims Association, and the Bluegrass Claims Association, reflecting his ongoing commitment to industry excellence and professional development.
